“Going Long” Cycling Classes
Are you looking for additional riding time on your bike to complement your Taste of VQ intensity rides? If so, then VQ’s new Going Long rides are right for your training needs.
Open to athletes of all riding abilities, the VQ Going Long rides will allow you to ride a unique course every week during designated times where you can work on your endurance, cadence, and other cycling skills as you ride for a 3 hour duration. These rides are designed to complement your Taste of VQ intensity rides and will strengthen your cycling abilities and prepare for your upcoming race season.
If you have early season races, this is a great opportunity to get in your long rides during the winter, practice your nutrition and overcome the boredom from riding on your trainer at home.
