Why do you coach?
To spread the love of swimming!
Pure joy of seeing someone learn,impove upon and hone a new skill and then translate it into an improved triathlon performance.
Coaching Accomplishments:
Taken non-swimmers from the edge of the pool to completing the triathlon distance of their choice including ironman.
Helped many established triathletes drop significant time in the swim portion of their triathlon.
Many Age group swimming state
Top 10 qualifiers and several state champions while coaching USA and YMCA swimming.
Masters Team,Vision Quest Rumblefish, now 3 years old with several top 3 places overall at invites, most recent Fenwick Invite 2011, 2nd overall team.
Personal Achievements:
Mother of 3 terrific teenagers
Completed 5 Ironman

Limo driver/sports enthusiast to 3 very active teenagers. Mandolin plucking. Knitting. Speed sudoku.
